Review: I was referred by another doctor to see Shari Lipner here and I booked my appointment in January 2024 since I could not reach them through their telephone line for the life of me. Booked my appointment online for the earliest available time in March and here we are a few days before the scheduled appointment to find out that it has been cancelled. Tried calling them multiple times until I got connected to the front desk, there was no reason why it was cancelled, just that the next appointment available was in OCTOBER bro. OCTOBER. I can't imagine if this was a pressing matter for a patient who really needed to see a doctor. No hate to the front desk lady, she was just doing her job but jesus christ

Review: Was referred to this practice by my PCP and I've been trying to get an appointment for two years. They schedule 6-8 months out, then call a week before the appointment to cancel. This has happened now three times in a row, once because the doctor went on vacation, and twice because he or she left the practice altogether (with a week's notice, apparently). I'm trying to treat a relatively minor issue, but I was told on the phone that the same thing is happening to patients with cancer diagnoses.
