Review: This review is about Carmen who works on my billing & insurance at Tribeca Park Dermatology. She is truly someone who cares about the job that they do. In my line of work I am on contract and it is common to be laid off at the end of the year. This means constant changes in my insurance. I have been a patient here for years and she has always handled me with such grace. She makes me feel so at ease knowing that she will always find a way to make sure I get the medication I need. I know I can always count on her and in addition she is extremely friendly and positive. Sometimes that is all you need! You know she is the best when it has been a while since you called and the only thing you hope they don't tell you is "Carmen doesn't work here anymore".

Review: I have been a patient of Dr Tan's for a few years. I recently saw Dr Geyer while Dr Tan was out of office. While I really like both these doctors, I have felt rushed during appointments. I chalk this up to the practice's scheduling practices as I don't think this is the doctors' fault.Dr Geyer and Dr Tan take their patients seriously, welcome questions, and have a wonderful demeanor. Their nursing staff are similarly kind and professional I'm writing this review because of their receptionist, Rose. I've spoken with her over the phone and via email and both times she was curt and dismissive. Over the phone she cut me off a few times. I recently requested to switch pharmacies from one that no longer takes my insurance to a new one. I'm out $290 because Rose did not follow through with my request to switch over my medications. Their other receptionist (whose name I'm afraid I don't know) is fantastic. He has gone above and beyond for me, is always courteous and friendly, and is an absolute delight to speak with whenever I have visited the office or spoken with him via phone or email. I cannot say enough nice things about him, hence how shocked I was over his colleague's service. Unfortunately, as patients, our experience of a doctor is primarily an experience of how the practice is run. While I've had wonderful experiences with Tripark Derm for a few years, I've found dealing with Rose so off-putting I'm hesitant to go back.

Review: This review is about Rose at the front desk - she is RUDE. Cuts you off, is too quick on the phone, won't let you finish your sentence, hangs up on you. Awful. For a place this nice and for doctors this good, she needs to go.
