Review: Dr. Mack and her staff are absolute gems. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients truly set them apart. Dr. Mack is very accessible taking the time necessary to thoroughly explain treatment options.The New York city office itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. I appreciate the attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment.I have been visiting this office for several years always with positive outcomes. I highly recommend!

Review: Glamderm is outstanding practice! Very clean, looks aesthetically pleasing, amazing staff and providers.I have been a patient for a couple of years, I must say that my experience has been excellent and never been disappointed me. The providers are absolutely wonderful, they make me feel confident! My concerns are always well-addressed and provide a solid treatment plan that’s easy to follow. The staff are very welcoming and helpful also.Some things I love about this practice:- Waiting area: aesthetically pleasing, great paintings, and free samples!- Klara: Easy to communicate and fast response.- Clean environment

Review: Usually only write 5 star reviews cause most people are trying hard … but as it turns out this place completely wasted my time today and the “customer service” was so atrocious that my blood is still boiling.Bear in mind this is after nearly a decade of patronage because it was close to my old office.I forgave them losing all my medical records a couple years ago. I forgave failure to return test results. I forgave moving my appointments to accommodate their own schedules. And I forgave waiting because other patients needed extra time.But I’m not sure I can forgive this. Time to find somewhere else.
