Review: I've gone here since 2019 or 2018 and i haven't gone for a while. I called because of an urgent issue and tried to see if my new insurance was covered but who ever answered the phone did not want to give me any other info other than they accept it. No pricing, no check for co-pay or if deductible is met. She was of zero help or urgency in getting me to see a doctor.insurance isn't just by brand its by groups and plans that cover specific services. I kept insisting she see if i have a deductible and copay and amounts to prepare for a visit but she said she cant do that which is very strange. I've never had a doctors office be so un-transparent and not helpful, they usually always disclose any deductibles that needs to be met before even going into the office.It is truly unfortunate that she wasn't of any help especially because the facility and the doctors are amazing and id rather not have to find another doctor. Dr. Vine or Dr. Nick, if you're reading this, i would love to chat directly and come to a resolution or clarification.

Review: I went in for an appointment with PA Garland Lee. She was friendly and attentive to my skin issues. She was able to quickly resolve it and gave me tips on what I can use. The office staff were friendly as well. The place was clean.

Review: At the dermatologist's office located at 928 Broadway in New York, I encountered a receptionist who displayed discourteous behavior. She engaged in incessant chatter without pause and seemed uninterested in hearing from new patients, often ending calls abruptly. Furthermore, scheduling appointments for the following day, especially on Mondays, appeared challenging. Consequently, I opted to seek care elsewhere for a more favorable experience.
