"Michelle F. Henry, M.D., is a board certified dermatologist who specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, laser surgery, and cosmetic dermatology. She is currently a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College. She attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and completed her residency in dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she served as Chief Resident. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in cutaneous oncology, Mohs micrographic, and reconstructive surgery at Harvard Medical School/ Lahey Clinic"

Review: I arrived at my scheduled time and was taken aback by the amount of paperwork and questions I hand to complete. I recall wishing they had sent me the documentation in advance so that I could simply relax while waiting to be seen.In any event, after completing the paperwork, I was led into a treatment room where a lovely med asst asked detailed questions re my med history and reason for coming in. I then had a lengthy wait to see Dr. Michelle Henry. I was extremely pleased with the doctor's customer service, friendliness and professionalism. She was thorough and did something that none of the five previous dermatologists I saw did. She assessed my condition as being one of three things. Instead of leaving it to chance, she did a biopsy of the area and sched me for specific blood work that will give her the details she needs to correctly treat my condition.I'm already feeling hopeful because Dr. Henry is the first doctor I have seen that is getting to the heart of my condition so that it can be properly treated.Additionally, the offices were clean and nicely designed.I look forward to my visit next week.

Review: Dr. Henry has a top-tier and very professional practice. I was referred by one of her dermatological colleagues who also saw her as a patient. Despite her not being in network for my insurance and having to pay out-of-pocket, it was worth it. She exudes a quiet confidence as well as competence. Her physical exam for a full body skin cancer screening was very thorough and methodical. That was preceded by excellent intake and post visit handling by her staff. They hand wrote sunscreen recommendations… legibly. I was able to have a quick follow up for a secondary question after the visit was concluded, despite other patients being at the office. To give me the best shot at my insurance covering prescriptions, despite not being in network for the doctor, they processed thriugh 3rd Avenue pharmacy, which I’ve known from the past to be excellent. I’m 100% comfortable recommending her.

Review: I’ve read many reviews of Dr. Henry’s office that cute long wait times and lack of attention. I didn’t feel any of that. I’ve started my laser treatments at Dr. Henry’s recently and both her assistants and her are wonderful. They all have lovely bedside manner and explain everything as they go. Plus the office has such a lovely ambience. It truly feels like a spa when you’re there.
