Review: Bait and switch with a required $400 deposit for a consultation. The receptionist assured that the doctor would be able to perform a specific procedure and a portion of the deposit would go toward this. Upon consultation the doctor informed that their office was unable to do these sorts of procedures. When I brought up the conflicting advice of the receptionist to the billing department the associate was unhelpful and argumentative saying the doctor's suggestion for an over the counter cream was a 'consultation' worthy of the $400. Beware. Go somewhere else with a free consultation so this doesn't happen to you.

Review: Saw Dr. Ginsburg today and am thankful to have found him and Chelsea Skin & Laser. After having a bad experience with a different dermatologist in the city (wrong diagnosis and treatment) I was relieved to have found a provider that was professional, knowledgeable and could immediately help me with proper treatment.I will definitely go back for any future dermatology needs and have already recommended them to friends. If you need a legitimate dermatologist and have struck out with other second-rate clinics, this is the place - trust me.

Review: Chelsea Skin And Laser is the perfect place to go to for any skin related concerns. It is a beautiful environment, and the staff are all friendly and professional. Dr. Michael Eidelman and his assistants could not have been more competent and caring. I highly recommend this establishment.
